Shipping policy

General Shipping Policy:

 

Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST should be received within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). 

Please check your address carefully! We can not reroute an order once it has already been shipped. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or International addresses outside of the US. 

SuperBark Shipments:

Warming Weather Shipping - From the months of April until October, our fulfillment team monitors weather conditions closely. Due to the risk of melting, all SuperBark shipments being sent to warm locations will be packaged with ice packs and insulated wrap, at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for melted products if packages are left outside for 2 days post-arrival. 

All SuperBark orders will be fulfilled to ensure arrival within 2-5 business days, to help prevent melting during transit.
